Your accessing and use of our website confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale and your agreement to be bound by them.

ArtWear Tattoo reserves the right to modify at any given moment, without notification, the content and form of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. TRADEMARKS
Artwear Tattoo retains all rights in and to its trademarks, trade names, logos, brand names, and its goodwill in all of these. The use of its trademarks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
3. PERSONAL DATA
When you place an order through our website, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the merchandise ordered and for the following limited purposes :
⦁ to inform the customer of sales and events
⦁ to send newsletters and special offers
4. DEPICTION OF THE PRODUCTS
ArtWear Tattoo shall endeavor to ensure that the products sold through the website are depicted by photographs with the highest possible accuracy. However, due to the mode of presentation of these products on the Internet network, it is possible that the perception of the customer of the photographic depiction of the products does not exactly correspond to the products themselves.
Please note that the actual colors you will see will depend on your device settings and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display our colors.
5. PRICES
All prices are in US Dollars ($) and taxes are not include, but not shipping fees.
ArtWear Tattoo reserves the right to modify,its prices without prior warning and at any moment.
However, the products will be billed to the customer on the basis of the prices in force at the moment of the confirmation of the order.
6. ORDERS
6.1 If you would like to order merchandise, you can follow the order process on this website to place an order.
Your confirmation of the order serves as acceptation of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once we have received your order, we will send you an email to the email address that you have provided to us acknowledging receipt of the order.
Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:
⦁ Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided to us (ex: where you provide us with an incorrect payment card number, expiration date or card security value number; incorrect billing info; insufficient or an incorrect shipping address; or fraudulent information;)
⦁ The merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our website; or
there are limitations in shipping to your region, such as a requirement for additional information for delivery purposes.
All orders require payment in full prior to shipping to be considered effective.
6.2 Delivery fees
International shipping is available when ordering merchandise from our website.
Delivery fees are calculated at the end of the order process, on the basis of the delivery country, weight, volume and the applicable fees of our carrier – The French Post office (http://www.laposte.fr/professionnel).
6.3 Secure payments
You may pay your order through PayPal or using a credit card –Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
In accordance with applicable legislation and to ensure the security and privacy of our customers’ information, we do not memorize any banking data.
7. DELIVERY
⦁ We ship from France.
⦁ We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
⦁ Undelivered shipments due to incorrect information at time of ordering will not be reimbursed.
⦁ Orders usually ship within 2 business days pending credit card approval.
⦁ Our delivery times are good estimates but are not guaranteed.
⦁ The products may only be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process.
⦁ A tracking number shall be provided for each shipment.
France - Estimated delivery within France is 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri)
Europe - Estimated delivery to most European countries is 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri)
USA & Canada - Estimated delivery to the USA and Canada is 7-15 working days (Mon-Fri)
Rest of the world - Estimated delivery is 7-15 working days (Mon-Fri)
8. CUSTOMS
Please be advised that we ship from France and that international orders can sometimes be delayed by customs in the country of destination.
You are responsible at time of delivery for potential duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
ArtWear Tattoo is not able to help on any taxes and VAT questions.
9. RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund
within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the following conditions apply:
⦁ Shipping charges are not refunded when an item is returned,
⦁ Refunds are issued to the card used to place the order,
⦁ Items must be in new resalable condition, in their original and unopened packaging,
⦁ You must include the original invoice,
⦁ Shipping charges are exclusively supported by the customer.
Custom tattoos and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.
If an item fits the conditions above, the return procedure is as follows:

10. CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders must be fully prepaid.
ArtWear Tattoo shall make reasonable efforts to reproduce a customer´s model but does not guarantee an exact match in color or texture. It is understood and accepted as reasonable to have some variations (inherent in the print process) between a customer´s model –photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, previously printed matter or other – and the custom tattoo, subject of the order.
No return nor refund shall be accepted on custom orders.
ArtWear Tattoo does not offer graphic design services and reserves the right not to print a design.
When printing cardboard tags, we require a 5% misprint allowance.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
The present Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to French law.
Any litigation or dispute arising from or in connection with these said conditions or with any sale to which they apply will be settled in accordance with French law, whether the claim is based in contract or in tort or upon any other legal foundation. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
