Return & Refund Policy
We will happily accept to refund any new and unused item in its original packaging within 15 days following the delivery of your order. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded and that we do not cover any shipping charges for returns. To return an item, please send an email to sav@artweartattoo.com or follow the return guidelines below.

We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns and will not be able to refund your items if your return package is lost.
Refunds
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, you will receive a notification email regarding the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be reflected back into your account. Please confirm with your bank if you do not see your credit after the tenth business day. Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
